I have to say how much I love this small business! I have had nothing but positive experiences each and every time I’ve ordered a clip from Hillary. Her timely assistance with colour and trends have been invaluable and very appreciated. It’s like talking to a friend. You can’t get this type of customer service in a box store.
We LOVE our new pacifier clip! SO cute and trendy of course, and the quality is amazing. We make sure we don’t go anywhere without it! I can’t wait to buy one for every new baby in our life!
I had ordered my personalized clip maybe a day before the postal strike started. Hillary was very accommodating, and worked hard to figure out what was going to be the best way for me to receive my clip. We worked together and I made sure I was understanding since Hillary was very apologetic even though it wasn’t her fault. Hillary was able to find a company and shipped my clip within only a few days!
We have just received our clip, which didn’t take as long as I thought it would, and we absolutely love it! I would recommend Hillary and her small business to anyone I know with babies or anyone looking for a personalized baby shower gift! I will definitely order from Littlelullco again!
This turned out exactly how I wanted it! Hillary was so awesome during the customization process when I wanted to make changes, and then change it back :). I ended up having to order a new one and after a quick message to her and online order placed it was shipped and I had it within a week, so fast and so perfect! Will definitely be ordering again!
